It loads no fonts, scripts or media from other servers and embeds no social-media components; videos and images are served from this site itself. Links to other websites (for example the European Commission or Narravero) are only opened when you click them. ### Hosting and server logs The site is hosted on the Vercel platform (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), which acts as our processor. When you open a page, your browser transmits the technical data needed to deliver it (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser type and version). Vercel processes this data on our behalf to deliver the site and to keep it secure, and keeps it in short-lived logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely). Vercel may process this data outside the EU, including in the USA; the safeguards for such transfers are described in Vercel’s [data processing addendum](https://vercel.com/legal/dpa) and [privacy notice](https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice). ### Data stored in your browser (local storage) With your consent (first-visit notice, or “Storage settings” in the footer), the guide remembers in your browser: your language, which steps you ticked, the company data sheet, and the register court, department and number you enter in the NTR tool. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). The guide does not set an automatic expiry for saved progress. It remains in this browser for this website address until you withdraw storage consent, clear the site’s browser data, or your browser removes it. The guide does not send the values entered in its company data sheet and NTR tool to our server. This does not include technical data needed to deliver the website or information you send when contacting us. If you continue without saving, your tool entries are kept only in the current page’s memory. They are lost when you reload, navigate away or close the page. A sessionStorage entry remembers your storage choice for the current tab session. You can change your choice or delete all saved data at any time via “Storage settings” in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data. Data saved on one address (for example eu.dpp.coach) is not shared with the other addresses. ### Contacting us If you write to us or call us, we process your message and contact details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a contract or a pre-contractual enquiry, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries) and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
